Universum Cooking Production Studio  strives to bring the world cuisine within the beginner’s reach as well as romance to the table. The series, “Ethnic Culinary Art of People and Races”, were produced with the latest Hollywood technology and formatted into five instructional cooking DVDs. Each cooking recipe is dramatically structured into a short story where the resolution is a stunning romantic scene at the table. Cook’s phenotypes match geographical origins of tantalizing recipes and dazzling background music. During the cooking demonstration the cook introduces a nutritionist, who in turn, presents the health benefits of a given ingredient.
